WORKING TERMS
Use Common Ground to help you decide, not as a guarantee.
These are working terms for the current prototype. A lawyer still needs to review them before any commercial launch.
No guarantee
A match score compares the answers people and communities submit. It does not establish safety, truthfulness, legal eligibility, housing availability, financial suitability, or future relationship quality.
Accurate representation
Users and community representatives must provide current information, keep present practice separate from future plans, and avoid impersonation, harassment, discriminatory advertising, fraud, or hiding important financial and governance terms. Photos and videos must not expose private addresses or include people who did not agree to appear.
Housing and legal compliance
Listing owners remain responsible for applicable housing, advertising, privacy, consumer-protection, and anti-discrimination laws. Common Ground is not currently a real-estate broker, background-check provider, or legal adviser.
Platform stewardship
Administrators may review reports, mark claims unverified, restrict contact, or remove records that create safety, fraud, or legal risk. Decisions should remain documented and open to correction.
